Code of Conduct

All speakers, sponsors, attendees, and other relevant parties at the Frontend Nation conference are required to follow this Code of Conduct.

Following this guide will be mandatory before, throughout, and after the event. We hope for cooperation from all of the participants of this occasion to create and maintain a safe and pleasant environment for everyone involved.

Our conference is devoted to providing a discrimination and harassment-free experience for everyone involved, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices.

Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, technology choices, sexual images in public spaces, and unwelcome sexual attention, deliberate intimidation, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events and inappropriate physical contact.

We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form and everything stated above is not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks, online social media as well as the live Q&A. Conference participants violating these rules will be sanctioned or expelled from the conference.

If you are being subjected to harassment, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a team member or the organizers immediately here: team@frontendnation.com.

If an attendee, sponsor, or speaker engages in harassing behavior, event organizers reserve the right to take necessary actions to keep a safe environment during the event for all participants. This includes warning the offender or expulsion from the conference.
