1.1 The Attendee acknowledges and agrees to be legally bound by the terms of use of FRONTEND NATION CONFERENCE (hereinafter ‘’Conference’’) upon reserving the Conference ticket. By reserving the Conference ticket or registering for the Conference you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as you are effectively entering the contract with The Conference. All materials and information are protected by applicable copyright and trading mark laws.
1.2 These Terms and Conditions apply to all activities organized by Bitter Brains inc: Nuxt Nation Conference, Mastering Nuxt, Vue School, Vue.js Nation Conference, Vue.js Forge Conference, Official Angular Certification Program, Official Vue.js Certification Program. BitterBrains inc (“we”, “us” or “our”) operates frontendnation.com ( ‘’Frontend Nation’’ ). 1.3 The Conference is registered in the United States of America (Delaware) but the Terms and Conditions have been updated to be compliant with the GDPR for the users in the European Union.
2.1 Individuals and/or legal entities can reserve the Conference ticket or register on the Frontend Nation website as attendees, including sponsors and speakers. 2.2 The Attendee guarantees that all of the data supplied during registration for the Conference or purchase of the Ticket is accurate.
3.1 The Conference is anytime entitled to change the date of the Conference. In such case, the Frontend Nation organization is obliged to immediately notify all Attendees of the respective change. 3.2 The program of the Conference may be subject to change in the case of a dropout of a speaker. The Conference will reserve the right to provide a substitute in reasonable effort from the same quality if available. 3.3 The Conference is anytime entitled to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances such as the force majeure. In such case, the Conference is obliged to immediately notify all Attendees of the cancellation of the Conference.
4.1 The Attendee agrees to receive and/or accept both written and electronic (via email or other) newsletters and other information from the Conference.
5.1 The Conference cares to a great extent about the Attendee’s privacy. The Attendee’s personal information will be protected and will not be shared with any other business besides the Conference. The only exception to this is where the Conference is legally obliged to by court order or legal process served to this Website. 5.2 In some cases, The Conference may ask for explicit consent for sharing attendees' private information with partners. In case such consent is provided by the Attendee, information such as first name, last name, email, job position, and company may be forwarded to the corresponding partner.
6.1 The Conference is not responsible or liable for issues regarding the internet bandwidth of the Attendee, or any issues on the Attendee’s end. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
7.1 The material on The Conference’s Website may include technical and/or visual mistakes. We do our best to have the materials proofed and mistake-free, but if you see any inaccuracies let us know and we will do our best to correct them.
9.1 The Conference is provided on an 'as-is' basis. The Conference does not accept any responsibility or liability for reliance by you or any person on any aspect of the Conference or any information provided at the Conference. You agree not to hold us liable for any damage incurred as the result of any contracts, communications, or other dealings with third parties during the Conference. 9.2 Third-party websites are not reviewed by The Conference and have their Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies, as well as their content not endorsed by The Conference. The use of third-party sites is at the Attendee’s discretion. 9.3 The Conference shall not be liable for the following: 9.3.1 for any delays, interruptions, or errors in the transmission or delivery of any services. 9.4 The Conference reserves the right to refuse admission to the Conference for any behavior, that the Conference deems unacceptable, in breach of the Code of Conduct located at the Website, and/or for breach of the GTC.
10.1 All intellectual property rights in and to the Conference, the Conference content, and all materials distributed at or in connection with the Conference are owned by the Conference or the Conference sponsors or speakers. You may not use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce any trademarks or other trade names appearing at the Conference, in any Conference content, or any materials distributed at or in connection with the Conference for any reason without the prior written permission of the Conference. 10.2 For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to vest in you any legal or beneficial right in or to any trademarks or other intellectual property rights owned or used under license by the Conference nor does the GTC grant to you any right or license to any other intellectual property rights of the Conference, all of which shall at all times remain the exclusive property of The Conference. 10.3 Attendee promises and guarantees not to post falsehoods, racist, discriminatory, inflammatory, or other harmful content on any Conference’s and/or Partner’s framework. 10.4 You consent to image, film, and sound recording as the Attendee at any time during the Conference.
11.1 Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. The most recent update date can be seen at the start of the document. Always check for any changes to the terms of use.
